1. Service Scope

Mikhail HD Testing provides mobile diesel emissions testing and VIN verification services in compliance with CARB and California DMV guidelines.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

3. Testing Requirements

Vehicles must be in a safe, testable condition. Clients must provide accurate information, including registration, engine tags, and location. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or documentation is incomplete.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods. All sales are final.

5. Results & Submissions

Test results are submitted to CARB or the appropriate agency after completion. Mikhail HD Testing is not responsible for delays caused by agency processing times.

6. Liability

Mikhail HD Testing is not liable for damages arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions or failures of emissions systems. We do not perform repairs or guarantee test outcomes.

7. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for testing and verification purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Changes

Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

9. Authorization & Consent

By authorizing the Clean Truck Check Test, I acknowledge that the test fee applies regardless of whether the vehicle passes or fails. I authorize Mikhail HD Testing and its employees to operate my vehicle for the purposes of testing, inspection, and delivery, and I do so at my own risk. I understand and agree that an express mechanic's lien may be placed on the vehicle to secure payment of the invoice amount.

Mikhail HD Testing is not responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle due to fire, theft, accident, or other causes beyond their control. In the event legal action is required to enforce this agreement, I agree to pay all associated costs, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs. I acknowledge that I have read and understood these terms and received an estimate.
